How’d you pick your name? I like the big sexy flat grill semi trucks when I’m driving in
my dinky vehicle beside them on the interstate. That, and by chance we have trucks on
the bottom of our skates. Har har.

Gear you can’t live without?: Kneepads, for sure
Why did you join CQS? To push myself as an athlete, to be a part of an already
amazing league structure, and to go as far as we can together
What do you like most about Derby? I love that so many women across the
world have fallen in love with playing a contact sport, and I love seeing evidence of the
awesome things it’s done for us.
What’s your favorite derby memory? Smokeout Bike Rally, 2010. There was a
severe thunderstorm the first night and the Regs all pulled together to literally hold
down our campsite while Mattstick cooked us all burgers (after having his back
windshield taken out by one of the awnings). The next day we sweat our ballz off
playing roller derby on a drag strip, then roamed around camp talking to bikers and
listening to the beautiful sound of motorcycle engines into the early hours of the
morning.
What’s your derby mantra? “Anything worth doing is worth doing right,” a quote
by Hunter S. Thompson.
What’s your greatest derby accomplishment? Beating the Cape Fear Allstars at
home in October 2010 with the Regulators. We worked really hard and came together
like we’d never done before.
What is your favorite move? Yes please.
